Recognizing the multicultural nature of the community, the bank has introduced a simplified version of its app in multiple languages, breaking down language barriers and empowering a diverse range of low-income earners to conveniently and securely manage their finances. QIB believes in providing essential financial services to everyone, and the QIB Lite App exemplifies its unwavering commitment to realizing this vision. Additionally, the Lite App introduces a new financing product, allowing eligible customers to apply for instant salary advances.
Designed for simplicity, the QIB Lite App consolidates selected features into one screen, offering clear, easy, and shorter steps for all transactions. It provides access to key banking products and services, ensuring a straightforward banking experience.
With a simple and free registration process, customers can log in using existing QIB Mobile App credentials or register on the QIB Lite App using QID details and QIB Debit Card Pin. They can quickly access their QIB accounts, benefit from competitive exchange rates, and enjoy exceptional speed for both local and international account-to-account transfers, as well as cash transfers. The Lite App also enables customers to manage bills and mobile recharges for Ooredoo, Vodafone, and Kahramaa. Furthermore, it provides the convenience of accessing funds in advance for eligible customers through the newly introduced instant Salary Advance feature. Customers can seamlessly check balances, manage debit cards, view transaction history, and update personal information—all within the QIB Lite App.
