MoEngage, a leading marketing automation and customer engagement platform, has announced its collaboration with Santra, a UAE-based solution provider catering to home business owners. Through MoEngage’s technology platform, Santra aims to drive personalized real-time customer engagement and enhance marketing efficiency.

Established in 2022, Santra serves as an aggregator of the most skilled home chefs in the UAE. With an impressive track record boasting over 30,000 active installs on the app, including 33,000 installs on iOS and 15,000 installs on Android over the past two years, the brand has successfully empowered women entrepreneurs and home chefs in the region.

Santra intends to leverage MoEngage’s capabilities for:

  • Retaining acquired customers through insightful and personalized engagement strategies.
  • Sending real-time and relevant communication to customers based on their journey and behavior.
