This state-of-the-art facility, situated on a sprawling 10-acre campus, reinforces Digital Realty’s commitment to meeting the escalating demands of digital transformation on a global scale.

Anticipating India’s ascent to the world’s third-largest economy by 2027, Digital Realty strategically positions itself to cater to the burgeoning data requirements accompanying such economic growth. The Chennai-based campus, capable of supporting up to 100 megawatts of critical IT load, stands as a testament to the company’s dedication to providing cutting-edge data center infrastructure.

The MAA10, the initial phase of this ambitious 100MW-capable campus, offers a robust 20MW of IT load capacity. Engineered with a modular infrastructure design, it allows seamless scalability to accommodate diverse workload demands, from individual cabinets to multi-megawatt requirements. Notably, MAA10 is geared to support emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), with configurations optimized for high-density power requirements, efficient cooling infrastructure, and the intricate interconnectivity needs of AI workloads.
