In a move to further solidify its presence in the UAE capital, Careem, the region’s leading multi-service app, has introduced Careem Food and Careem Pay in Abu Dhabi, enriching the offerings of the Careem Everything App.

Abu Dhabi residents and visitors now have access to a wide array of dining options through Careem Food, including popular eateries such as Allo Beirut, P.F. Chang’s, Gazebo, Bait El Khetyar, Mosaic, % Arabica, and Pizza Di Rocco, alongside fast-food outlets and local cafes. Moreover, customers ordering meals for Iftar and suhoor can enjoy discounts of up to 50% on their orders via the app. Careem Food ensures timely delivery by efficiently assigning Captains to orders based on their proximity to the restaurant and delivery location, with an impressive track record of 95% on-time delivery for orders in 2022 and 2023.

Careem Pay has expanded its range of financial services in Abu Dhabi, offering customers convenient access to various payment services through its platform. Users can now settle their ADDC water and electricity bills, as well as prepaid, postpaid, and home internet bills from Etisalat and Du instantly through Careem Pay. Additionally, plans are underway to incorporate Darb and Hafilat bill payments into the platform shortly. Other features include Salik account recharges, payments for Sergas and Techem bills, and instant international remittance services to India and Pakistan, with plans for further expansion to the UK, Egypt, and the Philippines.
