Al Salam Bank has recently introduced its state-of-the-art e-signature service in collaboration with DocuSign, a leading service provider. This innovative move empowers clients to complete virtual banking transactions seamlessly, eliminating the need to visit physical branches. The introduction of the e-signature service aligns with the Bank’s commitment to sustainability and its vision of becoming a digitally native financial institution.
The official signing ceremony transpired on Monday, 4 December, at the bank’s headquarters. Mr. Mohammed Buhijji, Head of Retail Banking of Al Salam Bank, Ms. Semiha Hasan, Senior Account Manager – Middle East Office of DocuSign, and senior management representatives from both institutions were present at the ceremony.
Al Salam Bank’s new e-signature functionality ensures that clients enjoy an expedited, streamlined, and more efficient customer experience. By facilitating paperless transactions, the bank reinforces its commitment to environmentally friendly and sustainable practices, aligning with the launch of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
