Ohmyhome Ltd. and Webuy Global Ltd. have announced a strategic collaboration to cross-sell their respective products and services in Singapore, marking a significant move to create a more integrated and community-focused business model.
In a joint launch event held at Ohmyhome’s office headquarters, Rhonda Wong, CEO and Co-founder of Ohmyhome, and Vincent Xue, CEO and Co-founder of Webuy, unveiled a series of initiatives aimed at enriching the customer experience and fostering community engagement. The event, attended by Webuy management and Group Leaders responsible for customer groups within their respective communities in Singapore, highlighted the companies’ commitment to a community-oriented business approach.
The key initiatives unveiled as part of this collaboration include the integration of Ohmyhome’s services into Webuy communities. Ohmyhome’s service offerings and property listings will be seamlessly incorporated into Webuy communities through its Group Leaders, facilitating off-market listings and providing exclusive benefits for Webuy’s customers and Group Leaders, including access to Ohmyhome’s brokerage and renovation services.
Webuy, known for its unique “group buy” service in the e-commerce sector, will introduce this service to Ohmyhome’s homeowners. Thousands of homeowners serviced by Ohmyhome will have access to a diverse range of daily products such as groceries and travel, enhancing convenience and value while fostering community interaction.
In a move to support Webuy’s offline expansion plans, Ohmyhome will use its expertise and network to assist Webuy and its Group Leaders in sourcing new storefronts. This collaborative effort aligns with Webuy’s strategy to open 100 offline stores strategically positioned around major communities in Singapore, marking a significant step in their Online-to-Offline (“O2O”) business model.
The collaboration between Ohmyhome and Webuy represents a strategic synergy that aims to provide a comprehensive suite of services to homeowners and communities, reinforcing their commitment to delivering value and support. As both companies continue to strengthen their presence in Singapore, the partnership is expected to enhance customer experience and community engagement across the real estate and e-commerce sectors.
